How much does it cost?
Every business is a bit different, so I give you one fixed price after a short message about your needs. No hourly surprises.
Do I need my own n8n or server?
No. I can host it on my server in Germany as part of a care plan. If you already have n8n, I can set it up there.
What do I need to give you?
Your opening hours, services, typical questions and answers, and access to the calendar or tools it should use.
Will the AI make things up?
The important things (times, bookings, prices) are checked by hard rules in code. If the AI is unsure, it hands the case to a person.
What about data protection?
Workflows run on a server in Germany, store only what they need and delete run logs after 14 days. You choose the AI provider, and I show you where your data goes.
